St. Johns RV Resort is a wonderful base camp for exploring the surrounding area, with friendly staff and a quiet atmosphere despite accommodating a large number of campers. The town itself is welcoming, making for a great overall experience. However, some long-term tenants have had negative experiences with the management, finding them incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. The resort has also been through several changes of ownership, with the most recent ones imposing exorbitant prices and noncompliant rental contracts. The Wi-Fi advertised is also not available, and the resorts age shows in its amenities. While most tenants are friendly, the staffs lack of professionalism and knowledge is a concern. Additionally, the town is not well-suited for long-term stays due to the lack of nearby services and overall unfriendliness towards long-term RVers.
