Tombstone Campground is a large dirt lot located in Tombstone, Arizona, where you can stay for 24 hours for just $10 for RVs and $5 for cars. Self payment is required at the drop box, and cash only. It is the perfect spot for those who need a place to sleep and park their vehicle while exploring the town. The campground is conveniently located near Tombstones tourist area, and is a great spot for dry camping. During the day, you can hear gunshots from the O.K. Coral gun fight reenactment, but the night is quiet and peaceful. There is a small shop on the corner of 3rd and Survey as you enter the campground, which is open on the weekends and sells ice, groceries, and local artisans. There is also a friendly camp host, and the Marshal comes down in the morning to check on things. It is located at the end of the street beside Tombstone City Hall, and you can see roadrunners and find small caves. It is a great spot to explore Tombstone, as well as Bisbee, which is just 40 minutes away. There are no facilities or amenities, but it is close to all the fun things to do downtown.
