Itâ€™s a annual park only. Encore Park in South Texas is a campground that offers a convenient location to the pool and clubhouse. The park is full of trailer homes and old park models, and kids are allowed to live there. The common areas and some sites are weedy, and there are multiple RVs on single sites and boats in yards. The clubhouse is lacking in activities and exercise bikes, but the administration lady is very friendly. Unfortunately, visitors were not informed that there was a shower room available for RVers, which is a big oversight. Overall, the park is nice, but it is only available for annual visits.
