The campground is home to many permanent residents and is designated as a 55+ park. The office closes at 3 pm during off-season. Hookups are located in the rear of each site and wifi speed is throttled to limit usage, though the Verizon service worked fine for hotspot. Laundry facilities were clean while the bathrooms were not cleaned daily. The resort is close to San Xavier mission and Tucson and is easily accessible. However, the park does experience noise from planes flying near the nearby airport.
