While the area is known for having a high homeless population, the park felt safe and secure. The park has a club house with a pool table, ping pong, and foosball and a clean laundry facility with a reasonable price. However, the park doesnt provide any shower facilities. The park is close to I-10, and therefore, traffic noise could be heard, and it might disturb some peoples sleep. It is a good option for a stopover or a short stay, and the owners are friendly and communicate excellently.
