Many of the sites include picnic tables and the utilities are reliable. While some sites have two holes in the sewer line that the campground staff says were caused by a woodpecker, this does not affect the overall experience. The laundry and showers are serviceable and the dog parks are an added bonus. The RV park is located in a convenient spot with easy access to shopping, attractions, and the interstate. Some have noted that there can be noise from Orange Grove Rd, but overall South Forty RV Ranch is a good choice and many have said they would return.
