Araby Acres Encore Resort in Yuma, AZ is a well-maintained resort with many amenities available for guests to enjoy. The location is great with plenty of food options nearby and Walmart is just over a mile down 32nd St. The resort has two pools, a clubhouse, a fitness center, whirlpool/spa/hot tub, street curling, shuffleboard, horseshoes, laundry facilities, billiards room, card room, business center, restroom & shower facilities, and a picnic & BBQ area. Although most of the sites here have permanent trailers, there are plenty of spots for traveling RVs. The resort is age-qualified with a total of 337 sites. It is a popular destination for Canadian RVers, who make up about half of the cars in the resort. Araby Acres is exceptional due to their friendly staff and nice facilities. The huge dog park is perfect to exercise your pets. The laundry facility is great, but you do need to buy a card first (you can reload it after that). We always staying towards the back where the road noise is much less. So many things to do in the area - the prison, Wetlands park, Center of the World, Mittry Lake, Paradise Casino, many trails, Bard and date farms. There are no tennis or pickleball courts. Highly recommended for RV enthusiasts.

Araby Acres RV Resort is an age-qualified (55+) resort located in Yuma, AZ. The resort offers RV campsites and rental accommodations. Pets are allowed with a maximum of 2 pets per site. The resort offers free WiFi hotspot located in the recreation hall and the south clubhouse. High-speed internet is available through Jabba Communications for a fee. A $50 utility deposit is required for stays 30 days or more. Utility fees will be assessed in accordance with current metering and fee collection standards. The resort has nearby RV resorts including Cactus Gardens, Capri, Desert Paradise, Foothill Village, and Mesa Verde.
