Cactus Gardens RV Park is a well-maintained and clean campground located in Yuma, Arizona. It is conveniently located off Interstate 8, close to stores and restaurants, and is far enough away from traffic noise. The park offers a variety of amenities, including a saltwater swimming pool with water aerobics, a hot tub, a game room, a lending library, puzzles and DVDs, a billiard room, a massive laundry area, a shuffleboard court, a common area for barbecuing and an evening fire pit, and a recreation room. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the park has a large pet walking area. The park also offers a pre-paid money card for the laundry room, however, it is only available during office business hours. There is also a resort fee of $3/night. The park is well-suited for both short and long term stays, with a reasonable annual site fee. Verizon MiFi, AT&T cell phones, and Dish satellite TV all work well here. Although the park has poor cellular reception (at least in regards to T-mobile), it is still a great place to stay.

Cactus Gardens RV Resort is an age-qualified resort (55+) located in Yuma, AZ. The resort offers daily and weekly RV campsites and rental accommodations. For extended stays of one month or longer, a one month deposit up to a maximum deposit of $750 is required at the time of reservation. The resort allows full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations. For long-term reservations (28 days or longer), the resort allows full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. Pets are allowed with a limit of two pets per site, but the following breeds of dogs are not allowed: Doberman, Pit Bull, Chow or Rottweiler. The resort offers WiFi hotspot located in the library and high-speed internet and site-side WiFi available from Jabba Communications for a fee.
