Friendly Acres is a 55+ mobile home and park model park located in a seedy part of town. It is a gated RV park with an access code for after 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM. The roads are paved and the sites are gravel, but they are very narrow and tight, especially for long rigs with slideouts. There is a small playground, 10x5, near the office, but no walking areas for pets. There is a small pool and two hot tubs, but the sewer system clogs periodically. The customer service is very friendly and helpful, but the office is not always open. There is wifi available, but only with an antenna. Walmart neighborhood market is right next door. The laundry facilities are very nice and fairly priced. It is a good temporary place, but not a long destination park.
