Immerse yourself in the serene ambiance of Vance Creek as its rapidly flowing waters ease your mind upon entering our gorgeous treed property at the foothills of the backside of Silverstar Mountain. Spanning 40 acres, our property offers numerous tent sites nestled within forested and open camping areas. From creek-side spots to the upper and lower ridge areas, the ecological reserve, the garden area, and the open meadow, there are various locations to accommodate small groups of tenters amidst nature's embrace. Whether you're seeking a secluded spot for solitude or planning a big family gathering, our old farm can cater to everyone from 1 tent to 100+. In addition to tenting areas, we also provide spaces for travel trailers and RVs. Adjacent to Crown land, our property invites exploration via dirt bikes, quads/ATVs, mountain bikes, or hiking boots, with trails leading out to SilverStar Mountain and nearby lakes such as Mable, Echo, and Sugar. Cool off in pristine Vance Creek or explore the Ecological Trail that adjoins our property. Nearby, you'll discover an abundance of edible berries and mushrooms, adding to the natural allure of the surroundings. For your convenience, a wheelbarrow of firewood is included for the fire pit, and BBQ facilities are available. Enjoy fresh water from the well and make use of the A-frame outhouse. Feel free to bring your pets along; they'll delight in running around the expansive grounds. Additionally, we welcome campers interested in discounted rates in exchange for working on-site.
