Lone Wolf Colony is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Apple Valley, California. They offer a range of services, including Health Stay Cottages, Recreational Vehicle Park, Recreational Vehicle & Boat Storage, Dump Stations, Propane, Fresh Well Water, Trash disposal, and meeting/event spaces. All RVs must be 2000 or newer, and must have the Caretakers approval. There are four lots available: A Lot (34 or smaller), AA-AG (35 or larger), B Lot (35 or larger), and C Lot (RV small or large). Storage rates start at $70 per month and there are discounts available for AAA, Good Sam, Escapée, etc. There is a background check, interview, and RV inspection by the Caretaker for all move-ins. The park is gated and has video surveillance, and the showers, bathrooms, laundry room, and clubhouse are all very clean and in good condition.

Lone Wolf Colony is a multi-use facility located at a 3,000 foot elevation in Apple Valley, California. It has been designated a Historical Landmark in the Town of Apple Valley California. The campground offers 10 furnished cottages, overnight through monthly RV park, RV and boat storage, dump stations, propane, and meeting/event spaces with full kitchen and in-house catering. The area around Lone Wolf Colony is wide open and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the San Bernardino Mountains.
