This campground is located close to highway 99 and is within a hundred yards of the freeway, making it a very noisy location. There is a strip of grass with a bag dispenser provided for dogs, but it is not a doggie nirvana. The sites are paved pull throughs with a concrete pad and there is a laundry that requires a key from the office. There is also good WiFi, cable TV and utilities available. The restrooms are clean but the shower room has large spiders and webs on the ceiling. The smell from a local rendering plant, farmers fields, a dairy farm and the city sanitation site can be overwhelming at night. The staff at the office can be unwelcoming and condescending. There is a fee for the bathroom key and no combination to enter the restroom. Overall, this campground is a good value for the Good Sam discount rate quoted.
