Paiute Palace Casino RV Park is a great place to stay on the way to Death Valley. It is a dirt lot with designated areas for back-in and pull-through, and no hook-ups. The casino is in walking distance and offers free meal vouchers for the restaurant, as well as free shuttle service. The views of the mountains are beautiful, and the area is very quiet and peaceful. The campground is lit but not overlit, and there is a frost free water spigot to fill up when leaving. The fee is refunded through numerous options in the casino. There are goats in the area that can be a cute distraction. Unfortunately, there are also dogs behind the fence that can be quite noisy. The name of the casino has changed to Wanaaha Casino, but it still shows up on some maps as Palute. It is a no bones place, but it is a great overnight stopping area for a reasonable price.
