Blu INN RV Park is a family-friendly campground that offers full hook-ups at each site, a kids track, and a large pool and spa. The park is completely fenced and staff ensures dirt bag wannabe gangsters stay out by issuing car tags to all guests. The sites are hard pack sand/dirt and guests must come in with empty holding tanks and cannot use any treatment chemicals while camped. Despite the high nightly cost, they charge extra for any early arrivals, even when the park is almost empty. They offer storage for trailers and are environmentally conscious, not allowing the use of holding tank chemicals while attached to their sewer.

Formerly known as the Blu-In RV Park, Ocotillo RV Resort is a desert getaway located just 2 hours from San Diego and 45 minutes from Julian. It is an off-roader's paradise located next to 80,000 acres of Ocotillo Wells SVRA. The resort offers large RV sites, pull-thru or back-in, with water, sewer, and electric hookups. Amenities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, community fire pit, clubhouse, laundry facilities, and shower/restroom facilities. The resort also offers RV storage for guests. Off-roading, swimming, and desert exploration are some of the activities guests can enjoy. The resort also has a cafe and off-road rental service.
