This campground is right across the street from the beach and a very short walk to town. It is a mobile home park with a few spots for RVs and travel trailers. Amenities include WiFi, laundry, and a nice concrete patio with picnic table. The views from the park are of older mobile homes and the beach. Reservations can be difficult to make, and there are rules that keep changing. Management communication is marginal at best. It is a quiet park, but the spots are small and the sewer connections are dated.

Bella Vista by the Sea is an RV park and fully furnished two-bedroom ocean view home (mobilehome) located in the heart of California's Central Coast, between Morro Bay and Estero Bay. The RV park offers ocean view RV sites with 30A power, and sewer and water hookups. With daily and weekly rates available, our RV sites will have you wanting to stay. The park is a short walk from Downtown Cayucos and just a few steps away from the beach. Pets are welcomed too!
