From The Campground

Battle Creek Campground is a developed campground with 50 designated sites and a maximum of 8 people per site. Campfire rings and tables are provided. Battle Creek Campground is close to Lassen Volcanic National Park which offers many diverse hiking trails and other outdoor amenities. The campground is located on Highway 36 approximately 2 miles west of Mineral, CA, and 38 miles east of Red Bluff, CA. Amenities include drinking water, vault and flush toilets, and campfires in fire rings only. All animals must be on a managed six (6) foot leash, quiet hours from 10pm to 6 am, no fireworks, must occupy site first night, and every night thereafter. The campground is open from May to October and the fee is $18 per site per night. There are no reservations available. Reviews mention the beautiful scenery, clean facilities, and friendly staff.
