Cache Creek Campground is a quaint and peaceful RV park located right on Cache Creek. With its close proximity to the state park reserve, its an ideal spot to spot wildlife. The campground is locally owned and offers discounts for the tents for troops program. The sites are close to each other, so RVs are recommended over tents. The sites are right on the water, offering beautiful views of the ducks and fish. The campground is close to the highway, but still offers a sense of the outdoors. The facility is in need of some TLC, but with a little effort, it could be a great spot for larger groups of families. The creek adjacent to the campground looks polluted and ugly, but the campsites are adequate with lots of tree cover. The camp manager is very helpful and friendly, and the people staying here are polite and quiet. There is a swimming pool, a general store, bathrooms and showers, and a boat ramp to access the creek. Wifi service is weak, but there are plenty of fast food options across the highway. This is the perfect spot to stay if youre headed to this part of Clearlake.
