The campground is located right on Cache Creek, which is adjacent to Anderson Marsh State Park. It is a great spot for kayaking, fishing, and wildlife watching. The campsites are well shaded and have full hookups with 50 or 30 amp. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager Lisa is a wealth of information on things to do in the area. The creek is unfortunately polluted, but the campsites are adequate with lots of tree cover. There is no satellite TV reception, but there is good cell phone reception. There are a lot of state parks in the area for hiking and exploring. This is a great spot to stay if youre headed to this part of Clear Lake.

From The Campground

Clear Lake Campground is a small vintage campground established in the 1950s, located on Cache Creek in Clearlake, California. The campground offers rustic charm with great fishing and bird watching right from your campsite. They have a boat launch for your kayak, canoe or motor boat and canoe and kayak rentals. Cool off in the small pool. Challenge your family to a ping pong tournament or corn toss game. Travel trailers, campers, tents and RVs are all welcome. Most sites include water, sewer and 30 amp electric. Limited wifi. Campsites are hard packed dirt. Please note, the small vintage campground is best suited to smaller trailers and motor coaches. Sites range from 25-40 feet long and 18-24 feet wide.
