Lake Francis Resort is the perfect place for a getaway. The park is operated by a non-profit organization that benefits foster kids, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The park has a good restaurant, ice cream parlor, and small store in the reception office. The showers, sinks, toilets, and laundry machines are all very clean, but the floors can be muddy. There are lots of activities, including a pool, lake, arcade, and old west town with a saloon, store, and eatery. The downside is that all these activities are a 10-15 minute walk from the campsite, which can be steep. The RV park is a tight fit, but overall it is clean and nice. There are only a few pull throughs that can accommodate large rigs, and the 20 feet of sewer hose may not reach the outlet. Despite this, Lake Francis Resort is a great place to get away from it all and have some fun.
