GenieSummary

I would certainly stay here again. This campground is a rustic, peaceful oasis located near the California-Oregon border on Highway 97. It offers level sites with satellite access and a great view of the stars at night. The owners are friendly and live on site, and there are a few permanent campers at the end of the park. It is conveniently located near Tule Lake National Wildlife Refuge, and Klamath Falls is only 18 miles away. The downside is that the closest eating places are 20 miles away. The campground is cash only and no discounts are accepted. There is a large area for walking dogs, and it is a great place for full-time RVers. However, it is located next to train tracks, so the train passes through every 1-2 hours and blows the horn. The dirt space for trailers may be muddy during the winter.
