This campground is a convenient stop for those traveling between Sacramento and Redding or Corning. It is not a destination park, however, as the grounds are run down and the pool is dirty. The maneuvering is difficult due to fencing designating sites, and the sites themselves are uneven with lots of dirt and immature shade trees. There is a gigantic pile of rubbish and a disassembled water park on one side of the grounds, and a huge pile of wire and metal cages in the back corner. The door to the womens bathroom is propped open and not locked. The shared utilities can be a problem, as evidenced by one persons sewer backing up when they tried to dump. There is a pesky street light that looks into the trailer window all night. Highly recommend Granzellas restaurant up the road at Williams for lunch or dinner!
