However, some sites are tightly packed together, especially those occupied by long-term residents. The resort fee, dog fee, and lease fee can add up to a high price, especially for short-term stays. Daily and weekly rates are also considered expensive. The RV resort offers access to desert trails, mountain biking trails, and ATV trails. There are wild burros and rattlesnakes in the area, and the river is accessible from the BLM park nearby. The water taxi to the Pirates Den Bar and the Outlaw Saloon are no longer operational, but the resorts front desk staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Sundance RV Resort is a western-themed paradise on the Famous Parker Strip that is full of amenities that are not found at most RV parks in the area. The Park also has the Outlaws Saloon and restaurant with some of the best food and drink found on this side river. The Sundance RV Resort brings the magic of the old west to life along the Famous Parker Strip. Visitors can enjoy beach activities including boating, water skiing, jet skiing, and tube floating right from the beach. Ask about or private beach villas for a getaway in paradise!
