This RV park has recently seen management changes that have caused many seasonal guests to leave. These changes have also caused guests to feel uncomfortable due to the enforcement of different rules for different days. The Colorado River sites have a great view but the fallen leaves are not often collected. The bathrooms and showers are only cleaned three times a week and there is inconsistency in the sites booked. The staff is now very friendly and accommodating but there is a sewer smell and the access road is narrow. Despite the friendliness of the staff, the park has a 2 star rating and is poorly maintained, making it unlikely that guests will return.
