This RV park is located near a hospital, making it an ideal spot for quick overnight stays. The pull-through sites behind the office are convenient, though the hookups are in disrepair and littered with cigarette butts. There are also long-term sites for snowbirds and a par 3 golf course in the center of the park. The park is well maintained, but the RV sites are quite close together, and there is a fair amount of traffic noise from the nearby interstate. The office staff is friendly, though not always on the same page. The park offers free wifi and a grocery store and home depot are within walking distance. The weekly rate includes dry camping, but the sites are quite small if you have slides on both sides of your unit. The park also offers park models for rent, though they are bare bones and not very clean.

Desert Trails RV Park and Golf Course is located in El Centro, CA, where the sun spends the winter. The area boasts more sunny days per year than any other area in the country and is 50' below sea level. The park is centrally located near San Diego, Yuma, Palm Springs, Imperial Sand Dunes, Salton Sea, and is only 10 miles from the Mexican border. The park is close to activities such as hiking, fishing, hunting, and many off-road trails. The park is a proud member of the El Centro Chamber of Commerce who sponsors SCORE International off-road races twice a year in the Imperial Valley. Desert Trails RV Park and Golf Course is a wonderful place to visit and make new friends. The staff is always there to help make your stay enjoyable.
