Kenney Grove Park in Fillmore, located to the northwest of the city, is a hidden gem Ventura County campground and park that offers dry, electric/water, and full hookup sites. Despite being moderately small for a county park, it still offers a campground-like feel. Visitors can book online in advance or on the day of on the Ventura Co Parks website. While the park may not be the most spacious or lush campground, its definitely not a parking lot-style experience. Its a great off-the-beaten-path place for overnight RV camping and to escape hot summer temperatures. The campground can get a bit toasty in the SoCal sun. Most of the spaces are close together, but not too bad. Restrooms and showers are clean, and theres a peaceful playground for everyone. Its a quiet location, with only light aircraft noise from the nearby small airport. A total cost of around $48.00, including a $10.00 service fee, is required for one night. Visitors can only reserve spots online or through the mobile once they have arrived. There are mostly 30amp electric hookups, and not all sites offer full hookups. The park does not have a dump station on-site. Kenney Grove Park is a dog-friendly area.

Kenney Grove Regional Park is a beautiful campground nestled in oak trees and surrounded by orchards just outside of Fillmore, California. The park offers family and group camping for tents and RVs with restrooms and showers. Dogs are allowed on a leash for a fee of $2.50 per night, per dog. The maximum number of dogs allowed in a County Park per owner/campsite shall be set by the Director.
