From The Campground

Meadow Group Campground is a group camping site located in Angeles National Forest. The campground has two group campsites that can accommodate up to 24 people in site 1 and up to 80 people in site 2. The campground is situated at an elevation of 5,200 feet and offers vault toilets. There is no water available at the campground, so visitors are advised to bring enough water for cooking, cleaning, and drinking. The Silver Moccasin Trail is just a 1-mile hike to the trailhead, and the Chilao Visitor Center is 1.5 miles away. The campground is open seasonally from April 1 to November 15.
