From The Campground

Matthews Creek campground is a small and peaceful campground located on the South Fork of the Salmon River in Klamath National Forest. The campground has 10 campsites with easy river access and a number of nice swimming holes nearby. The campground offers non-potable water and vault restrooms. Campfires are allowed in fire rings provided, subject to local restrictions. There are no hookups available for RVs. Matthews Creek campground is operated by the US Forest Service and reservations are not available. All sites are first come, first served.
