This campground is a great place to stay for peace, quiet and relaxation. It offers easy pull-through spaces with good cell service and is close to town. The trailer sites are close together, but there is plenty of space for boat and RV storage. The bathrooms and laundry are clean but need to be updated, and the check-in office smells musty. There are electric and water hookups, but they are old and mostly shared. The roads are narrow, so it is not recommended for RVs over 30 feet. There are fire pits and tables at each site, and a big open field in the park for kids to ride bikes. The staff is friendly, and during long holiday weekends, there is a festive atmosphere with many fishermen and abalone divers. Unfortunately, the park has seen better days, and the permanents make it look run down.
