Blackstone North RV Park is an older, no-frills park located off a busy strip in Fresno, California. It has wide, paved roads and wide, long concrete pull-thru and back-in sites with full hookups, grass, and trees. Most sites are shaded by trees that are far enough back and trimmed to allow easy transit. The park is in transition and is in need of more maintenance personnel to keep the grass cut and sites clean. The office staff are friendly and helpful, but the office itself is older and not in great condition. The bathrooms are clean, but lack hooks to hang towels and have an icky shower curtain. The electrical outlet is quite loose and initially gave a ground fault, but can be fiddled with to get power. The Wi-Fi is sketchy, and the cable TV has unusable signals. The roads are in good condition, and the sites are level concrete with asphalt pads and patios with picnic tables. There is a large dip onto Blackstone Ave when entering and exiting the park, so drivers should go slow. There is some street noise from muscle cars at night, and the area is less than desirable with a sketchy trailer park at the end of the block. Despite this, the park is quiet and the sites are spacious and well-maintained.
