The owners are friendly and helpful, and the pool and laundry facilities are clean and inexpensive. The manager put a thick chain around bikes to prevent theft, and the staff are excellent at customer service. Unfortunately, the park is located right on a busy main road, making it noisy. The entrances are not clearly marked and can be tight to get in. Children living at the park can be a nuisance, and the surge protector can trip.
