What others are saying about this campground
Orchard Springs Campground is a great family destination situated on Rollins Lake. The campground is very quiet during the week and offers a variety of activities, including a bar/restaurant, general store, marina, and a full service resort. The campground offers 30A FHU sites with broken rock and some shade under the pines. The sites are not very level, so it is recommended that you head in instead of backing in. Payment can be made with most credit cards, cash, or check. There is no sewage or WiFi at the sites, however Verizon coverage is strong with 5 bars, though slow. The campground staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the attendant was very patient and helpful. Unfortunately, the staff do not enforce quiet hours, so it is not recommended for families or those who want a quiet night. Additionally, RVs over 35 feet may find it difficult to maneuver into many of the sites.

From The Campground
Orchard Springs Campground is located in the Sierra Nevada Foothills right above the fog and right below the snow. We are right on Rollins Lake and have two sandy beaches, a boat launching ramp, boat slips and boat rentals. The campground offers COVID-19 guidelines for camping, boating, and day use. Fire restrictions may be imposed due to weather conditions, PSPS events, power outages, or poor air quality, at which time, campfires and charcoal fires will not be permitted. In severe cases, propane use may be restricted as well.
