From The Campground

Lake Almanor RV Park is a small and simple park with only twelve total spaces. It is located in the quaint mountain town of Canyondam, CA, situated 1/2 mile from Lake Almanor's Canyondam Beach and Picnic Area and 1.5 miles from one of the lakes largest free boat ramp and picnic areas on the lake. The park offers the largest spaces at Lake Almanor that allow the most “toys” per space at no additional charge. Due to the massive size of our spaces, we are able to handle any rig that comes our way. Additionally, the spaces can accommodate large boats including pontoon boats, wave runners, two cars, quads and side by sides all at no additional cost. Everyone is encouraged to make themselves at home as it is after all, your home! The town has a seasonal Kayak, Stand Up Paddleboard and Bike rental business, Old General Store, Post office, Lodge and a seasonal Snack Shack where you can get a hot dog or barbecued hamburger.
