This campground is located at the back end of a motel, with gravel roads and pull-through spots that are big enough to accommodate a 38 motorhome. The park is small and mostly filled with regulars, and the air is often filled with the smell of marijuana. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the sites are full service with water, 50 amp, and sewer. The landscaping is maintained, but the pool and spa are dirty, as are the bathrooms and showers. There is a shopping center nearby with a Safeway, fast food, and Black Bear Restaurant, and a Casa Lupe Mexican Restaurant within walking distance. There is a swimming pool attached to the Inn, but it is not maintained.
