Yosemite Ridge Resort in Groveland, CA has potential to be a beautiful RV resort, but currently lacks cleanliness and maintenance. The office and equipment are dated, and the bathrooms/showers need to be updated. The pool was drained and there were run down and falling over fences around some of the cabins. The Wi-Fi is spotty and there is no cell service, making communication with the staff difficult. However, the owner is charming and accommodating, making guests feel welcome. The sites are relatively nice, but some are small for larger RVs. The location is difficult to access Yosemite in a larger rig. Overall, the campground has potential but needs work to become a true resort.

Yosemite Ridge Resort is located on State Highway 120, only 12 miles from Yosemite National Park’s west gate. We are located in Buck Meadows, population 50, within the beautiful Stanislaus National Forest surrounded by pine covered mountains. Our lodging near Yosemite Park is the perfect base camp for your Yosemite Adventure, whether it be for one night or one week. We offer RV park, cabin rentals, and tent camping accommodations. Our resort amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, playground, and more. Nearby attractions include river rafting, golfing, horseback riding, antique shops, hiking, biking, kayaking, and more.
