This KOA campground is a great spot for a quick overnight stay or a longer getaway. Located just beyond the San Luis Reservoir heading east on Hwy 152, this campground is conveniently located and peaceful, with some highway noise. The sites are roomy and shady, with nice light sources, camp tables, fire pits, and all the usual amenities. The bathrooms are very clean and the self-check-in process is easy. There is a large covered patio with tables and chairs, a huge BBQ grill, a dog park, swimming pool, and a fenced basketball court. The sites are level and have full hook-ups including cable TV. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the campground is a great spot for a group get-together or rally.
