GenieSummary

This campground is a great spot for a peaceful and scenic camping experience. It is located off of Highway 395 and has easy access. There are some shady spots and great views of the Sierras. Each site has a picnic area, a grill pit, and some tables. There is free water from an aquifer that tastes great. The campground is right by a beautiful creek, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. It is a dry camp, but there are a few pit toilets and a machine to take card payments for nightly stays. Longer term stays are allowed and there is a phone number for mobile sewage pickup for RVs. OHV access is allowed, but it can be noisy on the weekends with dirtbikes and quads. The sites are all next to the creek, and the surface is fairly level for motorhomes. There is a little manmade waterfall with a swing above it, adding to the beauty of the area. There is no ranger present and the other camper had not paid and was there for several nights without contact.
