This campground is conveniently located near Indian Wells, making it great for those attending the tennis tournament. The east side of the facility has been recently renovated with concrete pads, pavers, and landscaping, while the other side is a bit run down. The summer rates are very reasonable and there is a 10% Good Sam discount. There are two to three swimming pools, laundry facilities, restrooms, and an off-leash dog area. The entrance is tight and easy to miss, so take it slow when crossing Hwy 111. There is a special first timers discount coupon on the resort website and an ad in the Thousand Trails magazine for out of season rates. The electricity is 50 amp and clean, the water pressure is about 60 psi, and the sewer connection requires one length of hose. The showers are small and hard to maneuver in. If the permanent spots were more up to date and better cared for, this campground would get a higher rating.
