Rancho Casa Blanca is a Spanish-inspired resort-like oasis in the middle of the desert near Indio, California. It is a popular destination for snowbirds between October and March, and is filled with amenities such as golf, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocci ball, billiards, water aerobics, weekly hikes, yoga, wood carving, cards, bingo, banquets, dances, barbeques, ice cream socials, live entertainment and even a Tiki Hut bar. The RV sites have basic hook-ups: electrical, water and sewage, and each spot has a decent-sized pull-in driveway that’s evenly paved, with a picnic table and BBQ grills spread throughout. The resort is very clean and well maintained with green grass, Palm trees, flowers, landscaping and water features throughout the park. The going rate here of $900 per month is a lot less than many other higher end resorts in the area so is a good value. The resort is located on the edge of town, some higher end housing but some sketchy areas nearby as well. The RV sites are level cement pads, somewhat narrow, however some are located right on the golf green and even though you may be between 2 park models they feel spacious.

It is a beautifully landscaped snowbird community in an 80-acre resort with 801 individually owned homes/RV sites, an 18 hole golf course, 6 pools, 2 large clubhouses that function as social hubs and 4 satellite buildings with laundry facilities, heated pools & spas. The resort offers park models and RV lots for rent and sale. A wide range of recreational, athletic and social activities awaits guests, including weekly activities, barbeques, ice cream socials, live entertainment, and much more.
