Shadow Hills RV Resort is a well-maintained and intimate park located in Indio, CA. The sites have concrete patios and picnic tables and the hedges between sites provide privacy for campers. Some sites can be close to the street which can be noisy. However, the security gate at the entrance makes the park feel secure and safe. The club house is a great place to hang out, and the pool and hot tub are popular among guests. The park offers many activities such as yoga, hikes and dinners to keep guests entertained. The location of the park is great for exploring nearby attractions, such as downtown Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. T-Mobile and Verizon offer reliable internet service, while the parks Wi-Fi is poor. Although the park has seen a decline in customer service and quality over the past few years, it is still a nice place to stay for one or two nights. Overall, Shadow Hills RV Resort offers a tranquil and enjoyable camping experience.
