From The Campground

Hartley Springs Campground is located in Inyo National Forest and offers 25 campsites surrounded by pine forest. The campground is situated at an elevation of 8400 feet and provides nearby access to the tributaries of the headwaters of Owens River. Visitors must bring their own water and there are no bear lockers available at this site. The campground has vault toilets and a 14-day stay limit. There are no fees for camping and reservations are not accepted. The campground is open from mid-May to October, weather permitting. Nearby activities include camping, hiking, fishing, and wildlife viewing.
