Kamp Klamath RV Park & Campground is a small, quiet campground located near the Klamath River. The park itself may be a little tired, but the sites are spacious, clean, and level with 30 amp full hookups. The electric works fine with no surges or fluctuations, and the water pressure is good. The restrooms and clean laundry facilities with 2 washers and 2 dryers are well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The campground is in a lush, beautiful setting with great walking trails for the pups. It is close to the Redwoods National and State Parks, and a short drive to the river mouth/ocean beach where you can watch sea lions feeding during beautiful sunsets. The park is a hikers delight with trails everywhere. It is a wonderful location to visit the Redwoods, and the nearby river and beach.
