What others are saying about this campground
This campground is located on a lake, offering stunning views of the lake and sunsets. It is a great place to stay for a night or two if you have a larger motor home, although the sites are dirt only and the back-in sites can be difficult for bigger rigs. The park is mostly perms and seasonals, but all sites are well maintained. It is decently priced and relatively safe, with easy access to the lake. There is a large, sparkling clean pool with a deep end that is open until 9:00 p.m. and a lake-front volleyball park, gazebo, and benches for sitting and enjoying the view. There is a 20-minute stroll along the lakeside and winding throughout the RV park. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the park offers 50 amp service and cable connections. Unfortunately, there is hardly any grass or shade, and the sites are quite close to neighbors. There are no rules in the park, so people party all night long and dogs bark all the time. The garbage can take several days to be collected after a holiday weekend. The WiFi is not accessible from all sites, and the park is a bit run down. It is not recommended for off season family fun camping, but it is a great place for a quick outing to relax and have a beer.
