From The Campground

Upper San Juan Campground is a Forest Service campground located in Cleveland National Forest. The campground has 18 sites available on a first come, first serve basis. The fees are $18 per night for a single unit and $30 per night for a double unit. There is an additional fee of $5 per night for extra vehicles. The campground has potable water and two vault toilets. The campground offers camping, hiking, and picnicking activities. There are no RV hookups or dump stations available. The campground is located adjacent to the Ortega Highway (Highway 74), 21 miles east of San Juan Capistrano and 9 miles west of Lake Elsinore.
