From The Campground

Moore Creek is a group campground that can also be used as a single site family campground on an 'as needed for overflow' basis. The campground is located in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest and offers 12 campsites with picnic tables, fire rings, tent pads, bear boxes, and paved parking spurs. Amenities include drinking water, vault toilets, and parking. The campground is open from May 12 to September 14 and reservations can be made through the National Recreation Reservation Service.
