This RV park is a great place for a stopover when traveling south to Indio, California. It is conveniently located off of CA 14 at W. Avenue H near Lancaster and is close to Hwy 14 with practically no noise. It is a concrete parking lot with service islands and no trees, grass, club houses, pools, pet areas, laundry facilities, or cable. It is a safe, clean, and entirely adequate overnight spot with easy freeway access. Prices are unbeatable and the campground host is very friendly. However, the nearby motocross area can be heard and there have been reports of drug deals, people coming into campers space, homeless people using the facilities, racing vehicles in the park, and people using their space for a work place. Sonic booms from Edwards AFB can also be heard. It is a good place for a stopover, but not for a long-term stay.
