This campground is an old RV park located on the outskirts of a small town. It has tight spaces, low hanging trees, minimal landscaping, and a lingering stench of sewage. The pool is closed and green during the off-season, and the railroad crossing is less than a quarter mile away, causing loud trains to blow their horns early in the morning. There is also a risk of fire hazards due to abandoned trailers in the neighboring spaces. Despite all of this, the campground is full year round, and the surrounding area is very quaint with great breakfast places nearby.

Loomis RV Park is a wonderful place to be, located in Loomis, California with a rich history. The park offers 79 spaces with a maximum length of 60 feet, 30 and 50 AMP, big rig sites, and is pet-friendly. Propane is available and sold to the public. The park features a pool, cable TV, laundromat, playground, horseshoes, and beautiful scenery. There are pull-thrus (19 x 60), back-ins (19 x 30), table at sites, room for slideouts, showers/restrooms, RV/boat storage, and a public sewer station ($25).
