Markleeville Campground is located on Markleeville Creek, in the shade of Jeffrey pines and cottonwood trees. It is generally open late April through early September as weather and conditions allow. The campground offers 10 single sites, 2 tent only sites, and 8 RV sites. Amenities include picnic tables, vault toilets, and potable water. Campfires are allowed with a California campfire permit. The campground is not reservable and fees are $18 per night for a single unit. The closest town is Markleeville, California.
