Sites were mostly dirt and gravel, with some pine needles. Most sites have full hookups including water, electric and sewer. We found the campsites to be a little cramped and not very level, but there was plenty of room for our RV and trailer. WiFi was not available and cell service was spotty, although AT&T had better reception than Verizon. The bathrooms were clean and showers were hot, but there was an extra fee of $3/day if you used AC or electric heat. The restaurant was decent with good service and average prices. In general, this is a nice family-run campground with minimal facilities and not much in the way of amenities. This RV park is located away from the main road, in a forested setting close to Lassen Volcanic National Park. It offers full hookups with water, electric and sewer, although the sites are a little cramped and not very level.
