The bathrooms and showers are clean and require a key, which can be obtained for a $10 deposit at the front desk. The campground is close to the railroad tracks, but the noise from the trains is not too loud. There is a night watchman, but he goes off duty at midnight. Unfortunately, this park is not a great spot for camping, as the creek that runs through the property is dried up and there is a lot of dust from the renovations. However, it is a good base location for visiting the San Jose area, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
