Although the sites are sandy gravel and close together, they are clean and functional with cable and good WiFi that is sufficient for streaming. There are old but maintained showers with changing rooms, heated shower rooms, and two laundry rooms with washers and dryers. While some of the washers were out of order, there are laundry facilities available in town. The park also has a small store. Verizon service is excellent with full bars of 5G. The location is unbeatable, with amazing beach views and easy access to dunes and walking/biking paths. A short walk into town offers many amenities, and there is a quiet atmosphere in the park. Activities such as hiking, kayaking, and wildlife watching (seals, sea lions, and otters) are excellent options. While the sites can be tight, and some people stay long-term or just for the weekend, the experience is well worth it for those seeking a great beach getaway.

The campground offers a beautiful and enjoyable location on the California Coast, with plenty of opportunities for sightseeing, beachcombing, and relaxation.
